Terms of Service for Noure: 75 Soft Girl Challenge

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Noure: 75 Soft Girl Challenge is a 75-day challenge and habit-tracking app. It lets you build a personal or template-based daily challenge, track your progress with photo proof or simple check-offs, follow guided workouts, connect with friends via invite codes or the Friends Map, and review your history on a calendar. Full use of the App requires an active subscription (see Section 4).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, including for any subscription purchase.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• The App is offered on a subscription basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly plans, as shown in the App at the time of purchase).

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's refund policies; we do not directly process refunds.

• The App requires an active subscription to access its core features beyond onboarding.

• From time to time, we may offer a promotional or discounted price (for example, if you decline the standard price). Any such offer will clearly state its price and terms before you purchase.

5. Your Content

• Ownership: you retain ownership of the photos, signature, and any other content you create or upload within the App ("Your Content").

• License to us: by using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display Your Content back to you, and — only if you choose to add and confirm a friend — to display relevant parts of Your Content (such as proof photos and progress) to that friend within the App.

• Your responsibility: you are solely responsible for the content you share. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

• No tolerance: we have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We review every report within 24 hours and may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice and at our sole discretion.

6. Friend Features and Friends Map

The App lets you generate and share an invite code, and send or receive friend requests using that code. Once a friend request is accepted, both users can see each other's challenge activity as designed in the App, such as day count, streak, and shared proof photos. You are responsible for who you choose to share your invite code with.

The App also includes a Friends Map showing how many users are in each country. You are hidden from this map by default and appear only after you choose to join it. You can hide yourself again at any time in Profile > Privacy. Only your country is shown, never your precise location.

Reporting and blocking. Every user profile and shared photo includes an option to report content and to block the user. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Blocking removes the friendship, hides that user's content from you, and prevents them from contacting you again. Your blocks can be managed in Profile > Blocked Users.

Prohibited behaviour on friend features. You must not use the invite code, friend requests, or the Friends Map to harass, stalk, impersonate, spam, or send unsolicited sexual or abusive content to other users. Accounts that do so will be terminated.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate another user.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data.

• Create multiple accounts to evade a block, a report, or a usage limit.

• Collect, copy, or redistribute other users' photos, names, or progress outside the App.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.

• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the App or its backend services.

8. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

The App provides general habit-tracking, workout, and wellness content for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet, exercise, or wellness program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition. You use any workout or challenge content at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our permission.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular results (health, fitness, or otherwise) will be achieved from using it.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any injury, loss, or damage resulting from workout content or challenge activities you undertake.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Profile > Delete Account, which will permanently remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you within the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
